3. Conclusion of contract

Product listings in our online store are not legally binding offers but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. The order confirmation is not yet an acceptance — we accept your order by sending an order acceptance email or by shipping the goods.

4. Prices and shipping

The prices shown on product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.

5. Payment

Payment methods are presented during checkout. Payment is due immediately on contract conclusion unless agreed otherwise.

6. Delivery

Unless stated otherwise, we ship within 3–7 working days of contract conclusion or payment receipt.

7. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

8. Returns

9. Warranty

10. Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may pursue it through the courts or other channels available under the governing law below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
