Return window

You may return your order within 30 Days of delivery — no reason needed. For details on the statutory withdrawal right, see our Right of Withdrawal terms.

How to return

1. Email CONTACT@SOFAKINGCOOL.COM with your order number.
2. Within one business day we'll send you a return label.
3. Repack the goods securely and attach the label.
4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Conditions

• Goods must be complete and in their original packaging.
• Labels and protective films should remain undamaged.
• Hygiene items and sealed products are excluded once the seal has been opened.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or item? We're happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund — just let us know when you contact us.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price within 5 Days to your original payment method.
